2016 James Beard award winner, Aaron Silverman, opened Pineapple and Pearls as a more refined take on its predecessor and next-door neighbor, Rose’s Luxury. The restaurant works as a multi-functioning space, the front half serving as a chic coffee bar during the day while transforming into a reception and cocktail area that leads into the dining room in the evening. Inside, diners are greeted with an ambiance of casual elegance formed by the merging of classic details and modern execution. A neutral palette is accented by walnut details and mixed brass fixtures. A reclaimed chandelier from a local shop marks the entry, while a custom candelabra chandelier frames the bar. Pineapple and Pearls’ sophisticated design effectively sets the stage for a critically acclaimed dining experience of 15 courses by the Food and Wine’s 2016
